VR fighting simulator Battle Talent launches on Meta Store on June 1st

Prepare for real combat in a virtual world with the advanced physics of Battle Talent

[April 18, 2023] - The boundaries of action games in the virtual reality space are about be pushed to their limits with fighting simulator Battle Talent as it plans to launch on the Meta Store and Steam on June 1st. With the game’s Advance Physics system, players can expect increasingly challenging battles as each level becomes more difficult. This main feature pushes players to practice to improve their skills so they can emerge victorious.

Get ready to step into a world where combat is no longer just a game but a trust test of Battle Talent. Get lost in a unique, fantasy world with dozens of mazes where you can interact with nearly everything. Find collectibles by breaking various objects scattered across the map, discover new weapons through hidden treasure boxes, and upgrade your weapons and skills with available pedestals. Battle Talent’s unforgiving mazes are also filled with traps and enemies waiting for those brave enough to enter.

There are also various powerful spells and weapons to unlock; players will need to think about how best to defeat enemies and claim victory. Jump into battle aggressively and swing your weapon with confidence or surprise your opponent with an aerial attack by using the game’s parkour features. With an already active modding community, players will be able to pick and choose from over 1,000 mods to tailor their training with weapons and enemies of their choosing.

Main Features:

  • Advanced Physics: Battle Talent is designed to emphasize practicing muscle memory, allowing you to become excellent warriors through repeated practice. The Advanced Physics also allows for high-speed attack animations, as well as particularly fast enemy actions.
  • Rich Combat Selections: Choose from a wide variety of combat options including an aerial combat system modeled after Shonen anime fight scenes. Use your enemies as human shields, as you block, slash, thrust, and smash your opponents. Shake things up by using spells or trigger explosive urns.
  • Unique Weapons: Dozens of weapons to choose from, including melee and ranged options as well as spells. Take advantage of weapons with special skills to summon lighting or ice to gain an advantage in battle.
  • Roguelite Levels: As a roguelite game, Battle Talent delivers challenging gameplay across its abundant collection of levels. Explore mazes, dungeons and many more environments while defeating enemies, and collecting loot to unlock new abilities and weapons in the store.
  • Challenging Enemies: A variety of enemies will be lurking in the shadows. Elves, goblins, and even skeletons will do whatever they can to take you down. Enemies have unique fighting styles, keeping you on your toes and adding excitement to each encounter. Get ready for a thrilling battle experience!
  • Mod Support: Battle Talent boasts an extensive and rich modding community, with over 1000 mods ready to be played. Mods can be installed through the in-game mod menu at a moment’s notice on Quest 2, without restarting the game or needing a PC.

Battle Talent will be available on the Meta Store and Steam on June 1st for $19.99. The demo for Battle Talent is currently free on Sidequest and Steam .
